1. Introduction
Welcome to Chelotie ("we," "our," or "us"). Chelotie is a payments platform powered by stablecoin infrastructure that enables individuals and businesses to send and receive payments through instant transfers, payment links, products, and subscriptions.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
Important: Chelotie operates a delegated custody model. Your wallet is provisioned and managed by a third-party wallet infrastructure provider on your behalf. Your funds are held in your individually assigned wallet and are not commingled with other users' or Platform funds.
